If you have Business Lines (no dial 9), access a line and listen for dial tone. Enter 72# (or *72) and the number to forward to.
If you have Business Lines (no dial 9), access a line and listen for dial tone. Enter 73# (or *73). You will hear a confirmation tone.
- Go to the Administrator Station (usually the lowest numbered station)
- With the handset in the cradle, press ICM and enter # 652
- Enter the time in 24hr format: HHMMSS
- Press #
- Press Speaker

Work related to the Time Change Process is covered under the Taylored Systems Maintenance Agreement and Taylored Complete Plus Program. If you are a Maintenance or Complete Plus customer, you will not be invoiced.
