A.Access a line and enter the phone number. You may leave the handset down to use the speaker option, or lift the handset for a private call. There are 2 ways to access a line. 1) Press 9, then enter the phone number OR 2) Touch a line button on your phone, then enter the phone number.
A. To pick up a call that has been parked, press PARK and enter the extension number where the call has been parked.If picking up the call from the extension where the call is parked, the PARK key will be red. Just press PARK and you’ll be connected to the call. No need to enter the extension number.
A.With the caller on the line, press CONF/TRN, enter #407, enter user’s mailbox number followed by #. Hang up. If you have a TRANSFER TO VOICEMAIL key, press it and enter the user’s mailbox number followed by # (or press their “buddy” button).
A. With the handset down, press ICM, enter #9876, press ICM again. Enter the two digit ring tone number. Press HOLD to switch between internal and external pitch. (tone numbers: 01, 02, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18)
A. You must have this feature activated on your phone line. With the caller on the line, press the switch hook (or Flash/Tap/Recall/Link key) and listen for dial tone. Enter third party’s number. When the third party answers, announce the call and hang up. The call is transferred. If you reach a busy signal, press the switch hook twice to cancel the transfer.
Go to the Administrator Station (usually the lowest numbered station)
With the handset in the cradle, press ICM and enter # 652
Enter the time in 24hr format: HHMMSS
