Another Noblesville CoC highlight is #NoblesvilleWORKS. This campaign aims to support and prepare our current and future residents to be “work ready” by focusing on some of the most important soft skills for successful employees: communication skills, work ethic, personal ethics, teamwork, critical thinking and higher-level soft skills. The goal of this community-wide effort is to offer a collaborative approach and concrete strategies that will shape successful employees, which will make our businesses stronger and more prosperous in turn. 

Taylored Systems Gives Back to the Noblesville Community and Beyond

Seeing how much the Noblesville Chamber of Commerce helps strengthen local businesses through employee wellness is inspiring. We’re big proponents of giving back to the community — whether we’re serving as a drop-off location for Toys for Tots or participating in a Christmas in July golf outing to raise money for struggling families, we can’t ever say no to kids in need.
