Project Details: Taylored Systems contacted Nestle in 2006 after finding out they were planning to build a large facility in Anderson, Indiana. After completing a few small projects to demonstrate our response time, capabilities and quality of work, we were awarded the contract to provide the structured cabling infrastructure. We installed in excess of one thousand enhanced Cat-6 cables, Fiber SM and MM/copper backbone to multiple TR’s. We installed a Cablofil cable tray system throughout the plant and built out the main server room consisting of CPI Data Cabinets and ladder racking. The project value was $1.4 M and was completed in the fall of 2008. The factory is approximately one million sq. ft. Taylored Systems was chosen to be the single source provider for all low voltage cabling for Nestle at its Anderson facility. Nestle purchased a video server from us for the Anderson facility with Milestone Corporate VMS software. In addition, we have installed over 60 IP Cameras to date. We have continued to work at the Nestle Facility in Anderson since the initial installation. We have completed numerous Nestle Projects in Illinois, Maryland, California, North Carolina, Massachusetts, Washington DC, California, Colorado, Ohio and Wisconsin.
