What Our Customers Are Saying

Early in 2014, the City of Greenwood, IN was looking for a vendor to install data/voice cabling and door access control in a former four story building that would become our new City offices. Taylored Systems, Inc. came to the rescue installing, terminating, and testing miles of Cat-6 cable to approximately 350 data jacks and 4 wiring closets, and key card access to several doors in the building.

As a result of their work on our City Center project, we again called upon them to help us with our needs when we constructed Freedom Springs, the City’s new Aquatic Park that opened for its first season in 2015. At this facility, Taylored Systems installed a state of the art IP based video surveillance system consisting of 27 indoor and outdoor cameras and a DVR/server that is accessible anywhere in our network, as well as remotely over mobile devices.

Recently Taylored Systems helped secure several doors with access control at our Fire Headquarters facility, and they are currently in the process of updating security at the City’s municipal airport. A new video surveillance system, door access control in our terminal building and secure gate control to our hangar areas are nearing completion at this time.

Through the use of their Honeywell software for our gates and doors, and their Milestone software for easily administration of our video systems, Taylored Systems has made it much easier to monitor and control these systems across our City. This company has been a pleasure to work with and very helpful with tweaks and design changes that have had to be made along the way.

With the remodeling of our Parks Department Community Center under way, updates to other Fire Stations, and a possible remodeling project to our Police Building in the near future, we hope to keep Taylored Systems busy in the City of Greenwood.

We used Taylored Systems to help us with the selection and installation of a video surveillance system. We had some special considerations in that we needed cameras at two different locations.
