Work related to the Time Change Process is covered under the Taylored Systems Maintenance Agreement and Taylored Complete Plus Program. If you are a Maintenance or Complete Plus customer, you will not be invoiced.

TO WHISPER PAGE

Allows you to make a private background announcement to an extension that is in use. With the caller on the line, press the programmed extension button that is busy to activate call waiting. Then, press and hold the WHISPER PAGE button to speak. Only the person you are calling will hear you; the outside caller will not. The called party can respond by pressing FLASH, which places their outside call on hold.

TO SCREEN LIVE CALLS

To turn on, press PROGRAM, 3 and choose option 6 – Monitor Mode. While listening to a caller leave a message, you can: 1) lift the handset to intercept the call; 2) do nothing and let the system record their message to your mailbox or 3) press MUTE which temporarily mutes your speaker while the system continues to record the message to your mailbox. To turn off, press PROGRAM, 3 and choose option 6 again.

From any phone:

Press PROGRAM
Press HOLD
Enter administrator password (usually 12345 followed by #)
(At this point, the first menu option that you should hear is: “For system function programming, press 1”. If you don’t hear this, then the password is wrong. Try password 456. If that still doesn’t work, call Taylored Systems 317-776-4003 so we can change the password to 12345).
Select option 6 (prompt recording)
Select option 1 (main greeting)
Enter ID number 540 followed by #
Press 1 to record
Press 1 when finished recording
After hearing playback, press 1 to re-record or # to confirm

Please keep in mind that you will need to put the system into HDAY mode for this greeting to play. There should be a NIGHT button on one of the phones (usually the receptionist) that allows you to change the system mode by pressing it.
