Project Details: Since 2014, Taylored Systems has been JC Hart’s trusted advisor for their communication system. JC Hart upgraded to Zultys Cloud Services VoIP solution that provides remote and soft phones at each property. This created a streamlined communication process and created consistency among all property managers. By moving to a cloud solution also provided redundancy and failover capabilities. JC Hart and Taylored Systems came together to solve an issue of multiple carriers throughout their network of properties. After an extensive bill analysis and multiple discussions, it was determined all carrier services could be streamlined into a few providers, all managed by Taylored Systems.
